„My Map of Mythical Creatures“ beschäftigt sich mit dem Glauben an Fabelwesen. Die Künstlerin spiegelt ihre persönliche Verbundenheit zu diesem Thema wider. Auch die Koexistenz unterschiedliche Wesen in einer Landschaft ist ein treibendes Motiv. Umgesetzt wurde dies als Radierung mt Aquatinta, welches sich aus sechs einzelnen Kupferplatten zusammensetzt.
The artwork “My Map of Mythical Creatures” focuses on the belief in mythical creatures. The artist presents her personal connection to this topic. The coexistence of the different creatures within one landscape is a driving motive. This was implemented as an etching with aquatint, consisting of six copper plates.
