Heimweh beschäftigt sich mit dem Nachtrauern der eigenen Kindheit – frei von gesellschaftlichen Ansprüchen – sowie dem Wunsch nach Rückzug. In der Ausstellung entsteht durch die höhlen-artige Installation ein Raum für Besucher*innen, um einen Moment alleine mit sich zu sein.
Heimweh explores the mourning for one’s own childhood – free from societal expectations – as well as the desire to hide away. In the exhibition, the fort-like installation creates a space offering visitors to spend a moment alone with themselves.
